Laboratory Presses

Both presses 1/1400 and 2/1250 are able to keep up 60 minutes pressing cycles at the maximum pressure thanks to the option “hysteresis”. Such a result has been possible due to a scrupulous global mechanical design and to a precise and efficient software checking the pressing phase and managing the parameters to achieve the wished results.

Thanks to a powerful and flexible hydraulic group, the PLC control system, interfaced with a supervision PC, allows to set the pressing cycle according to the wished pressing curve.

The press heating takes place by a special group: monitored by the interface, it keeps and precisely checks the press temperature, even at values a bit higher than the environmental ones.
The total operators’ safety is ensured by an electric interlocked protection.
